Nominations closed March 15 with four nominees. Since 4 positions on
the Board were open these nominees are elected by acclamation. I'll
forward Jennifer's Bio when I have it typed.
 
As for the Treasurer's position I would recommend Brent if he would
be willing. Pursuant to the Bylaws the board can appoint a Treasurer.
However he acts without a vote.
