The Masters Swimming Canada Annual General Meeting will be held at 4:00pm on Sunday, May 20th, 2007 in the Royal Gallery of the Pan Am Pool in Winnipeg, Manitoba.

The agenda for the meeting is:

1. Approval of the agenda
2. Approval of the minutes from the AGM held May 19th, 2006
3. Approval of the auditor's report
4. Approval of the appointment of Thornton and Vantassel as auditors
5. Approval of the Nominating Committee report
6. A motion to extend appreciation to Brent Shurman for his contributions MSC.
7. Adjournment

It is important that club representatives that will not be attending the AGM in person submit proxies. Instructions are on the proxy form. Without a sufficient number of members either attending or submitting proxies we will fail to make quorum, requiring an additional meeting at significant and unnecessary additional expense.
